DoDMERB Account Creation Timeline

Hello all, I received an email from USAFA on Tuesday stating that my information was sent to DoDMERB to start the medical examination process. However, I have not yet received an email from DoDMERB with instructions for setting up my portal. How long typically is the wait for this instruction email from DoDMERB? However, I have not yet received an email from DoDMERB with instructions for setting up my portal. How long typically is the wait for this instruction email from DoDMERB? You will end up needing/having 2 accounts - one for DoDMERB and one for DoDMETS. The latter is the entity that will allow you to schedule your exams/appointments. They will intake the forms from your exams, make sure everything is received, completed correctly, and legible - then forward to DoDMERB for review. Buckle up for the long haul…. You should be able to proactively set up your DoDMERB account.

You probably did this already but be sure to check your junk email and/or do a search for it. I believe it was in my child’s junk folder (in Sep). He had to go looking for it.

You may go directly to DODMETS.com and initiate your account. If you information is not 'recognized,' then you may need to wait a few more days or so. Here's an example of the letter from one of my students:
