DoDMERB Delays

From the DoDMERB website today;

** We are experiencing a heavier than expected workload, as such, our response time is currently 10 - 15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work thru the initial exams and additional medical information **

Our DD's portal on Dodmerb was updated today. She had called them to check and they were always courteous and helpful. I can't imagine the workload trying to process everything as quickly as humanly possible given all the applications!

We always had a pleasant experience with DoDMERB on the phone in connection with my son. It took several months of back and forth paperwork/records, but in the the end, he was cleared for the Naval Academy. However, he never received a nomination.

I just got off the phone with DODMERB. They were quick to respond to a consult I completed this morning.
