DODMERB Sitting Height-Quick Question

Hello everyone. Last year I took a DODMERB exam and measured 33 inches flat in the sitting height.

I was DQed from Pilot because I'm obviously one inch too short in terms of sitting.

My OFC at my AFROTC Detachment let me know that I can get a physical done from a physician and that if I meet the requirements, I can submit the paperwork and they will take care of everything.

Apparently I grew this past year because I just measured 36.5 inches sitting height. I asked the doctor and a nurse to each measure me 3 times and everytime I hit that mark.

I just want to know, for Pilot and DODMERB do they measure to the top of the head, or to another location? Every bit of info I've found has told me that they measure from the sitting surface to the top of the head. If that is case then I'm in the clear, but I just want to be absolutely sure.

Thanks in advance.
