Dodmerb Under Waiver Review

My DS applied to USNA, USAFA, and USMMA. He was a little late in the game for Dodmerb. Receiving his DQ (for shoulder surgery) on 3.22.22. All three were under waiver review prior to TWE for USNA and USAFA on last day. USMMA did grant the waiver. My son really want to attend USNA. If you applies next year to USNA what are the chances that the waiver gets approved?
