EZ Pass Phishing

Morning all. Thought I'd pass on a phishing attempt we received last night. DS has car registered to home address, and had to use the toll road to make a flight. Toll was sent to home address and paid. Recieved an email from "EZ Pass" which is the name of the little remote control device and on the toll signs, so it's very familiar. The language on the email is very awkward, which was my first clue, so checked that the toll check had been cashed, and went to the "Express Toll" website where they confirmed a phishing attack is undeway. Thought other parents might have the same situation, so wanted to give a heads up!
 
Thanks for the info. I just called home and confirmed with my boss that we got the same email.

That email was in my spam folder yesterday. I passed the word to our DS.
