It's kind of funny..my grad school daughter, home for the duration, asked the other day what the Blue Angels "normally did?" after seeing the news of their COVID flyovers. I must have failed somewhere, as she doesn't even remember that they have visited our town almost every other year for an Air Show, and I used to sit at the neighborhood pool (a few miles from the airport) and watch them fly over. I 've never felt the need to attend the local airshow...I hate crowds and traffic, and after 4 years of June Week (er. Commissioning Week) airshows, I've thought I've seen enough..but that pass over Bancroft was pretty impressive !
