Prep Program
The Foundation currently sponsors up to 50-60 candidates for one year of post-high school study at 15 civilian and 3 military preparatory schools. The schools include high school/prep schools, junior colleges, and a four-year university. It is up to the candidates, once accepted for sponsorship, to indicate which schools they would most like to attend for their prep year. Candidates recommended to the Foundation by USNA Admissions include men and women, athletes and non-athletes and students of varied ethnic backgrounds.
