    To all those applying to any SA, read this article and realize how different services are taught different things.

    In this case, the ground forces (Army and USMC) are learning tactics that don't apply in the Navy and Air Force, imply because of the nature of the service. On the flip side, of course, USN and USAF teach different yet equally valuable skillsets.

    Think about what you want to do in life and ensure your desire is supported by the service you will be joining.

    I have to admit that the science and art of counterinsurgency is fascinating, and I do wish I had more time to study it in-depth.
