Also, it is the SA choice on what statistics they want to disclose. If you are using these statistics to "chance me" the USMA numbers are probably pretty close.
 
Just curious, would I be competitive with just the 31 ACT-Math and 30 ACT-English scores?

I have a 23 for Reading, 28 for Science, and 9/12 for Writing (superscores).
 
On the USNA Application Portal, they only display the Math and English Scores. I am unsure of whether or not they account the other parts of the test into their evaluation. (I had a 35 Math and 35 English and got an LoA, however I know several people around your scores that have received Appointments as well as LoAs)

I would maybe take the test one more time, just to raise your competitiveness. You have until February to send your test scores in, in case you do better. Good luck to you!
