Getting Paper work in

    Hi y'all!!

    Let me start by saying that KP is my first choice for school by at least a mile.

    When I check my status on the admissions site it says I still have to submit my CFA, 12th Grade Courses in Progress, and 7th Semester Grades. I'm about to schedule my CFA and know how to submit it, but how do I submit courses in progress? Should I include classes I am taking online?

    Thanks to anyone who responds!! I love reading all these threads and leaning more about the school of my dream!

    it's your first choice school now that you have no idea what it actually is. Lol. At kings point they go out of their way to make sure your life sucks.

    KPSwimmer2020 - I don't know the answer to your question other than to suggest you try calling the admissions office and ask and if you can't get the answer that way try the swimming coach. Like heyriddle I thought it was part of the application process and at the end of the first semester of this school year you ask the registrar or guidance office of your school to send a copy of your grades to the Admissions Office.

    Two other pieces of unsolicited advice - 1) ignore negative, non-helpful posts and answers from malcontent plebes like the one above, and 2) if you have not done so and it is at all possible go on an overnight visit, see it all for yourself and if you intend on swimming at KP, meet the coach and your teammates. Either way you'll get a more complete of the good and bad of both plebe year and the rest of what your four years at KP will be.

    If you want some idea of life after graduation feel free to PM me, I'm a 1982 grad and my son is a 2012 grad - for us we had two different experiences at KP but both of us can and will gladly explain why for us it was worth it both while we were there and definitely after we graduated.     your guidance counsellor can provide you with a transcript showing the current classes (grades blank on those) or can provide some other document showing the classes you are currently taking. It might be best if the guidance counsellor submits that directly for you. Give the GC a stamped envelope with the KP Admissions address, a smile and maybe a donut and coffee to move things along! You'll know when it is received because the portal will be updated. Then send the GC a thank you note.
