Hi, I am a third year cadet looking to get a pilot slot this spring. I need a height waiver but my cadre won't give me a definite answer on what needs to be done to get one and I worry that I am going to run out of time to accomplish the tasks it will take to get one.
My standing height is 61". I've been told by some active duty pilots that they were able to do most of the waiver process themselves and practically set the paperwork in front of their commander and all they needed from him was a signature. I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to give me some guidance to getting the waiver.

Thanks!
