So son is in UPT in AF. He still has his original interest in helos (has since his 4 dig year at the AFA). I know when I look at the resumes published when officers, i.e. take new leadership positions, it lists all the aircraft they have flown, and most times it is multiple airframes over their careers.
What happens if you fly helos for the AF? Is that all you will ever be able to fly? Does it limit your flying career in the AF and/or the opportunities available to you?
