Absolutely, it can only help the country when an administration is successful, I agree with you 100% and I wish the new POTUS the best of luck, failure helps nobody.
I have the same hope that he and the country succeed and prosper over the next 4 years, the same way I did with the last administration and those before. I think we are all best served when everyone works toward a common goal, just like they worked with the last administration. For example, the Senate should begin hearings, vetting, and move quickly toward a confirmation vote for the new SCOTUS nominee, just like they did with the last nominee...oh wait, never mind.
This is nothing new, the hatred toward the previous POTUS was loud and proud and didn't stop until he left office, of course the same could be said for the administration before that and back as far as you care to look. Frankly I agree, My position has alway been that they are starting with a clean slate, I'll call out what I disagree with and give credit when things go good. I have no problem saying that I do not disagree with everything in the new administration and I support some things, but I have issues with others. I would imagine it's the same with a lot of people but your right, there are some that will never accept success in any form and that goes for both sides of the aisle.
The past couple weeks have been a little rocky, I didn't disagree with everything but some missed steps have been worth concern. Lets hope the next couple weeks improve.
I will say that it was a nice move going to Dover, I respect him for that.
