I know alot of the appointees are going to be doing the bed and breakfast program and I might also too. I'am still thinking about it. In case that I don't am I supposed to book a room for the night since I get in on the 22nd of June?

Hotel's

They will or should have a list of hotels hwere buses will leave from, last year I think it s Marriot,Drury inn cheyenne mnt etc;

BFE #2 Instructions to Appointees states on page 11 - Academy Bus Pick up locations:
Drury Inn (I-25/Academy Blvd 1-800-325-8300) and Hampton Inn North (7245 Commerce Center, 1-800-426-7866)

Busses pick up at 7:30 and again at 8:45 am.

otherwise you need to obtain alternate transportation at your own expense.

I would try to stay at one of these two hotels but if you are traveling on your own - take advantage of the Bed and Breakfast Program. We are travelling with our DS but several other kids from the area who are now Cadets did the B&B and highly recommend it.

if you have not gotten bfe #2 you might want to wait until you read it before making decisions.

I agree- if you're traveling alone, definitely do the Bed and Breakfast. That's what I did, and it was definitely the right choice for me. There were two other cadets with me at the house, and it was nice to have someone to go through everything with.

yea, definitely do B&B. Also I think you have to be 21 to be able to stay at a hotel here alone.

Don't be this guy. Taken from the Webguy blog

One Class of 2014 slept over night on the sidewalk in front of where Appointees sign-in.

"Well, haven't seen this before. When I arrived, there was already an appointee in front of Doolittle Hall. He had slept outside.

Oh yeah! Now I know who will be the first to be treated "special" all summer by the cadre."
