How to find medical AMI doctor

I received a letter on January 5th, 2016 from DODMERB requesting that I use their contractor, Concorde Inc., to locate the nearest subcontracted phyisician. Additionally, the letter stated that Concorde has 30 days to find my a provider.

It has been 30 days, where specifically would I check to see where the contact information for a physician is? And would it be on the Concorde page, or the DODMERB page?
 
Unless specifically required by DODMERB, I believe you have the option of using your own private physician to complete the remedial. If you can afford it, I would definitely go this route.

You can call DODMERB to confirm.
 
I've tried calling DODMERB, and after 5 tries and having to wait for more than 10 minutes on the line just to leave a message, they weren't that helpful. that's why I'm here
 
So you have already gone through the physical and vision exams? The nearest physician would be the same as the medical exam physician and that contact info should still be listed on DoDMETS. Have you called Concorde?
