How to get an address change with DoDMERB

We’ve tried calling, We’ve tried emailing which was broken and I emailed someone who didn’t work there anymore. The link was tied to an old employee who now has our new address. We’ve had no response and all my DD wants to do is update her new address.
Any advice would be appreciated!!
