How to sumbit letter of recommendation letter and resume

On the Instruction of Candidates,

1. Page 4, it says " Letter of recommendation are not required but was strongly encouraged you to submit in addition to the school official's evaluation of candidate ( USAFA from 145).

2. Page 4 also mentioned " A resume is required" under Candidate Activities Record ( USAFA Form 147).

But none of them advised how to submit the letter of recommendation and resume. Should they be mailed ? To where? What is the requirement , like the amount of the characters?

The optional letters of recommendation (not the three required teacher evaluations) should be mailed to your USAFA counselor. Call him/her to find out the address and more information.

As a note, all online forms can be worked on then saved and submitted at a later time. I recommend you go online and read the directions in the forms and save and close the form without submitting it. Then use your Instructions to Candidates to help clarify any confusion you may have. If you still have questions, call your USAFA counselor.
 
On the Candidate Activities Record there is an area to create a resume with a conveniently placed outline.
