The transfer process involves four parties:
- The sending Battalion
- The receiving Battalion
- The receiving Brigade
- Cadet Command
You need to let both Battalions know you would like to try to transfer the scholarship, and why. The PMSs will guide you in what forms need to be filled out. You can't exclude the cadre from either Battalion because they will both be called to comment by Cadet Command.
