HRD is having trouble locking in orders.

I'm reaching the 90 day window for out-processing to NAPS and I'm wondering how I can help HRD get ahold of orders. When should they post usually?
 
Have you tried contacting Senior Chief Maxwell? He's the point of contact for all enlisted going to NAPS or USNA.
 
He says orders are coming out in June, and I think that having a fourteen day window will be a bit close to check out.
