Is there a way you can create a forum for HS students that are too young to apply, but want to start researching? Similar to the Nomination/DoDMERB forum.
Many of the SA/ROTC forums now have posters that are very young (13 yrs old) asking questions about academic advice on every forum.
I get their desires, I do. However, I also believe that if posters (parents and children) have a forum they can post on will be more beneficial to them while not flooding every other forum. They are the same....too young to apply, but the same goal.
Just a suggestion. Be honest, how many threads are created saying I am 14, and always dreamed of attending an SA, should I take X or Y class?
~ It actually may take lurkers to active posters.
JMPO and there is a circular filing cabinet to throw this idea in, I am not offended if it is placed in that filing cabinet.
FWIW, I think www.collegeconfidential.com lost members to you because your site is more in-tuned to the unique path any SA/ROTC candidate endures. They lost members impo because they didn't get it.
