    Attention DoDMERB Applicants:

    On Thursday, May 22nd, Concorde will be upgrading our telephone system to provide better communication and customer service to DoDMERB Applicants.

    There may be periods during the business day, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, when our telephone and fax service will be down due to cutover to the new system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this cutover can only be performed during normal business hours. Please do not fax any documents on Thursday, May 22nd.

    An updated message will be posted on May 22nd and will include an e-mail address for you to use for any questions or concerns.

    Thank you again for your patience.

    Update from Concorde

    Today, Thursday, May 22nd 2008, Concorde and our technology partner, AT&T, will be upgrading our telephone system to provide DoDMERB Applicants and Detachment Officers improved customer service.

    There will be periods during the business day on May 22nd when our telephone and fax service are down due to cutover to the new system. We expect these outages and delays will be minimal.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we improve the Concorde Experience.

    If your issue is an emergency you may email Michele@concorde2000.com. Email will be monitored consistently throughout the day and your issue will be addressed by the close of business on May 22nd.
