Good morning USMA forum....I just joined and enjoy the information. My son has recently received an appointment to the USMA Class of 2014. He is completing his sophomore year at Jacksonville State University and will be representing the big town of MUNFORD, ALABAMA at West Point! We are very proud of his academic/athletic accomplishments and his three Congressional nominations for the appointment. Anyone else on this forum from Alabama who has received an appointment?

Congratulations! Our daughter is appointed for 2014 as well. We are from Birmingham, AL. This forum is an invaluable source of information!

Bama1, congrats. We know Munford well, as we go through it on the way to the grandparents in Talladega. Good luck, enjoy the whole WP experience.
