This might be a really stupid question but a few months ago I sprained my knee and got a prescription for topical painkiller gel so I could keep active. The injury healed after about a week.
The problems is when I was reporting it I wrote it down as an 'overuse injury'(I confused it for a sprain). Now after my results were processed and I need to elaborate I realize I made a mistake and an overuse injury sounds way worse than a minor sprain. How do I correct this mistake?
