Is one sport enough?

Hey guys I was just wondering if playing only one sport affected me negatively. I'm the captain of the varsity soccer team, I play U-19 Club soccer, I have a personal trainer, and I'm going to WP summer soccer elite camp.

I would say if you are an athlete that falls in the elite category, you are fine. If you also have leadership on those teams, even better. If you end up being recruited as a soccer player, I don't think there will any issue.

Cadets are admitted every year without any high school sports. There aren't many of us, but we exist. Having one sport is better than none. :)

And two sports are better than one------some of your competition will have that. Be aware, you are competing for a slot, not looking for what is "enough".

The Academies also all want to know what you are doing physically during the summer and off-seasons too. Organized sports or hard physical jobs are impressive. "Personal workouts" are not.
