Well, yesterday John LeCarre died. I don't usually feel too bad when celebrities pass (I regret never seeing Tom Petty in person) but I do feel bad about John LeCarre. I'm not saying I don't care about celebrities, just that I'm not showing up crying or getting a tattoo. John LeCarre is 89 years old, so he lived a full life, but I absolutely LOVED his books and I'm sad there won't be new ones from him.

If you haven't read him, you should. And enjoy some depressing spy novels.

Great books! Sad to think there won't be anymore - time to start over with his collection.
