Did your son get his DoDMERB letter yet?You might also check your AROTC Portal, within the Application section, look to see if they have uploaded your letter to the "File Upload" tab. The full set of instructions is not there, but they did upload my DS' letter and the page he is to send back into his portal. Ironically it arrived within his portal about the same time the mail man delivered the hard copy letter today. It is an orange envelope and is a little larger than a normal letter.
"Medically Qualified and pending admin approval":
Translation: DoDMERB and APFT. Plus the actual contract of course
Did you have to resolved anything not listed in the letter?Axxif - The yellow page with the description for each status type indicated things other than the APFT for "Pending Administrative Qualification" They recommend emailing CC (address on sheet) and ask what needs to be resolved.
I have not received a letter yet here in NY nor has my application changed its status from "boarded." However, if I pretend that I am uploading a new file it does give me the option to say that the file is a scholarship acceptance. Does this mean anything or is it standard to everyone regardless of scholarship decision? I have emailed my enrollment office to see if he has any further insight. Thanks for the help

OVO
When my son got his scholarship for the first board, he emailed it in and requested a confirmation. He never got a confirmation, so he also uploaded it to the AROTC Scholarship Portal and then his portal was updated showing the school he had selected.DS got his today. Needs it signed, school checked, and delivered back by 3/01/15. Will scan it and email it. I assume we will get a confirmation when we email it. Oops forgot to mention, Illinois.
