Hi, sorry if this is a dumb questions but I'm wondering if any of you have ever listed special experiences from elementary or middle school. In my case, I was apart of a program called safety patrol which was where we basically controlled traffic to help kids safely cross the streets. It was sponsored by the local police department and it was in most of the elementary schools in my city so it wasn't just a one school thing. I did get some leadership experience from this as I was a leader of my own little squad, and had to lead them around. Is this something I should be able to put down on my resume or should I just not put it? Thanks.

Sorry if this is in the wrong area, I have no idea where to put it

This sounds more like essay-material to me (e.g. "I've been a leader since 4th grade...) If you're in 9-10th grade, it would probably be fine to include 7-8th grade stuff. But if you're 11-12th, keep it all high-school. Most academies are only looking at HS-stuff anyway, and it really doesn't belong on a resume. JMHO - worth what you paid for it.

That's reaching. Some won't even ask for freshman year accomplishments. Beef up your HS ECA's.
