DS is still waiting & on NWL, but he has a Dr appointment today. Dr is retiring, so I can't push it out again. Are there any special medical requirements in the event he's accepted? I have sickle cell test for NSI & the vaccines for USNA, but haven't been able to find USMA's list. TIA

My DD was accepted to USMA Class of 2028. She went to the doctor yesterday and had to have a Polio booster. She also had to have an updated Tdap because they require it if the previous dose is prior to December 31, 2018. TB testing may apply to some if needed, but that is per a TB questionnaire specific to each person. Probably need TB testing if the person had face-to-face contact with someone who had TB, maybe if you were born outside of the US or lived with a person born outside the US (country depending), or had a prior positive TB test. Again, it is specific to the person's circumstances.

Polio booster is required (Booster Dose 5). Tdap is required if previous dose is prior to 12/31/2018. That's it for medical. There's a TB form to fill out as well.
Dental requires a dental exam and the following:
1. A set of 4 bitewing radiographs taken within the past 12 months.
2. 1 panoramic radiograph taken within the past 12 months (a full mouth series is NOT acceptable).
On dental, if wisdom teeth must come out, they must come out 30 days prior to R-Day, so by end of May.

On Optometry, makes sure last exam was within the last year because they will need prescription in order to order glasses for your cadet candidate.
