Medically Disqualified, but later on, found to be misdiagnosed

I was medically disqualified because my scoliosis was determined to be symptomatic scoliosis. We contacted my doctor concerning a referral to an orthopedic doctor in preparation for the waiver process but then found out that I never actually had scoliosis and was in fact misdiagnosed. Rather than scoliosis, I have spine asymmetry. I already got DQ'd by DODMBERB due to my scoliosis, but have not yet been rejected by the Naval Academy. I have not yet received an LOA, nor has the waiver process been initiated. How should I go about fixing this and who exactly should I contact concerning it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
