Hello! I went on Ft. Jackson today and got my Military ID. I was wondering if I got the right one for an AROTC Cadet on Scholarship though. It's green, and at the bottom it says "Geneva Convention ID Card". Is this what I was supposed to get, or was I supposed to get an actual CaC?

    Thank You!

Yup that is correct, it is the same ID card that the IRR uses. You do not get a CaC until you commission or enroll in SMP.

CULP apparently gets one as well

Aglahad is correct. My son had the Green Card and then was issued a CAC card for CULP.

Yep you got the right one.

Your right, if you do CULP you get a CaC Card, it's because you are on temp. AD while at CULP. Cac Card is good until you graduate and commission, then you get a new one when you report to BOLC.
