Hello,
I currently am a junior in highschool. I have a minor herniated disk in the L5 of my back. It's not ruptured or anything, just bulging causing me minor pain. I am receiving non surgical care (physical therapy, steroid epidural) the non surgical care is working. I was wondering if taking non surgical care as opposed to surgical care gives you a better chance at getting a waiver approved. Does this even require a waiver?
Thanks
Matt
