Pilot2b - When you did MEPS did you have to do the usual processing ie. physical testing, staying there for a few days and so on? Thanks for your help.

No. I showed up at my local Navy recruiter with the paperwork in hand that USNA had sent me, and the recruiter helped me fill out most of it. Then he arranged a date the next week for me to go to MEPS and complete the paperwork and swear in (which took several hours total). All in all, it's a much shorter process than the others there who were enlisting. DoDMERB, the CPFT, etc. fill in the gaps for NAPS that most enlistees would have to go through at MEPS or with their recruiter.
