NASS Need-Based Scholarships

I got accepted to the first session last week and was wondering how are the Need-Based Scholarships. Has anyone else requested for them?

My DS requested one last year and he got it. We were so thankful and appreciative. It paid for the flight and the admission fee.

I applied for one last year, it also payed for my flight and the 500 dollar fee for NASS if I remember correctly.

The aid is often funded by Alumni Association chapters, so it may vary depending on where the student lives.

I got one for last year, You'll just need to send your parents tax form in and they validate you based off of need. To reference the income on my moms tax last year was about $30,000 and they paid for my flight and Fee, They'll organize your flight and you'll need to check in via southwest(Its what they have used for all visits that have been funded by the academies sources) 72 hours prior to departure. They might also need to change your NASS session because you aren't locked in until you make the payment. I was accepted for the 1st and ended up going to the 3rd.
