If ds puts week one down as preference for both NASS and west POint's SLE, will he have opportunity time wise to decline either one after hearing about acceptance to the other?
in other words (cause I'm not very good explaining sometimes...)He can only go to either one 1-6 June 2013. the other weeks don't work well. so, can he put this week down as preference on both applications, then wait to hear from both institutions before choosing which to attend (in case he gets accepted to both)? How soon do you have to commit after receiving notification that you've been accepted?
