Naval Academy Evaluation Email NOT Received

Hello. I am currently working on my application. I put down some sources for the evaluation letter and the application says that as soon as I click "save", it would immediately send an email to the people listed. I did this a few weeks ago, and I followed up with some of them this week. They told me that they have not yet received anything, even in their spam. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue, and what you did to fix it. I do not know if I should contact USNA concerning this, or if this is just a problem on my side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
 
So my DS had the same issue...however I do not recall what he did. Is there an option to re-send the request? If not contact your admissions person.
 
My DS had same issue. It ended up being the firewall at the high school. He had to get alternate emails from the recipients.
 
I had this issue quite a lot... I basically resent the requests a few times. For one of my teachers, I had to send the request to their personal email
 
If a teacher is willing to give you their personal EMail address - it's always good - especially when school isn't in session.
 
I just wanted to give everyone up update concerning this just in case anyone encounters this problem in the future. For some reason, those people with Gmails are unable to receive the evaluation letter email from the Naval Academy. Out of all of my recommenders, those with Gmails did not receive it, but everyone else did. I just ended up "editing/removing" the recommender on my application, and then just re-entering the name along with a non-Gmail email. Hope this helps.

I emailed the Adiministor they said to write down different email addresses but my evaluator still didn`t get it.
