Hi! BGO suggested we see the Navy game after the CVW. Are tickets generally available or should I be looking for them now? Looks like they are in-person sales at the gate, so I'm not sure what to expect for availability. Any other tips for the game? DS is really looking forward to all of it. 😊 Thanks in advance. Go NAVY!

You will have so much fun!! They are not in person sales at the gate, actually. Contact the Navy Athletics Ticket Office. They are very helpful.

When you go (and I 2nd this!!), get in the stands early to see march on! And there isn’t a bad seat in the house.

GO NAVY!!

Unless it’s a SA-SA game, Navy-ND or other high profile game, there should be tickets available.

If you haven’t looked at link below, be sure and read about parking, bag policy (clear bag, size limits, no handbags or backpacks, etc.). No parking at stadium lots unless you have the season parking digital pass. There is info on wheee to park on the site. Bring cash - homeowners in the area do a brisk business letting you park in their driveway. There is also the parking lot at Germantown elementary school, cash.

Stub Hub is your best bet. Recommend sections 26 and 27, Alphabet rows for a great up close view of March On and overall Mid Shehanigans. Or, 106 and 107, low number rows for a direct over head view of the Mids.

Check tkt info at https://navysports.com/index.aspx

Always tkts except special games...

The official USNA reseller is SeatGeek. There are quite a few tkts listed for 1/2 price

As stated, sec 26 is great, that's where my season tkts are. They are right across from the MIDS for a great view of antics and Singing Blue & Gold & prisoner exchange last week.

... last game, long lines were in the ticket counter by the parking lot. I think the field is still open... bring your own blanket.

Arrive a couple hours before kickoff. Have a $20 bill in hand and come down Taylor Ave. There are LOTS of friendly locals offering up their yards for parking. Walk up toward the main entrance gate (the Blue Angel jet) and you can see the band, cheerleaders, mascots, arrival of the football team, etc. Mingle in the tailgates on the front side. The NJ parents cook food to feed the entire brigade, the PA parents bring desserts, kids are squealing and sledding down the hill, the football parents are always a big party, and everyone is friendly. Wander the parking lots and take it all in. The crowd is full of alums and mid parents. It’s a great place to get to know people and ask questions.

Just be inside the stadium, in your seats at least 30min before kickoff to watch the Brigade March in, tip their hats, national anthem (everybody sings), flyover, parachuters, etc. During the game wander over to the hill and watch the Plebe Pit up close. Don’t miss singing Navy Blue and Gold at the end of the game. If you look on the Navy Sports app, they will publish a detailed minute by minute schedule in the middle of the week. Have fun!! GO NAVY!!

If you see me say HI!!! I’ll be decked out in USNA/USMC gear and I have a cavalier pup with a Navy harness and rainbow tail!! We’re kind of a spectacle. I’m a plebe mom, former sponsor family, daughter of a career Marine/USNA alum, sister of a Navy dentist.

This group is amazing! Thank you! Picked section 26 seats on Seatgeek. This sounds like so much fun! DS will love it for sure.
Great seats!! You’ll love it! Great views of everything. (Our seats are in sec 28) Sometimes plebes offer to take their CVW drags with them to the football games and sit with the Brigade in the midst of all the plebe craziness. Let them go if they get the chance!!

Funny how perspective changes over years..I don't think I've made it into the stadium for March on since First Class year..most of the time I've been at the tail gator until halftime catching up with classmates. I do however, stay until Blue & Gold. Last time I made a game, a non-reunion, early season game, it was pouring rain and I was soaked, but had to stay to the end for Blue & Gold.
