NEED HELP with NROTC Scholarship Application UPDATES

I hope someone can help me with this... My daughter had already been through the interview process. The captain she spoke with said she needed to take the SAT again. So, she did... Well, the original person that reviewed her application, and the Captain that she interviewed with are now gone. The person she is dealing with now, asked her to update her application. SHE CAN'T get into her application to update it. She has been emailing, and emailing different people... one says complete this webpage... another says contact the webmaster... It's been over two weeks of emailing different people, and nothing has been resolved... and she STILL CAN'T access her APPLICATION to update the information.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated...
 
update SAT information

She should be able to update her SAT information by calling the contact number on the collegeboard.org website and asking for them to send a hard copy directly to her scholarship coordinator. Even if the personnel have changed, the information should still be updated through the same office. My son's scholarship coordinator information was on the front of the pdf version of his application. When I log into his account, I can still see the option to view that pdf even though his application is being boarded. No changes can be made to the application, but I can view the coordinator's contact information and office address. We had to pay an additional $10.50 to collegeboard.org to have the hard copy sent to the coordinator. Hope this helps.
 
I recommend contacting PFlying-17 via private message. She is a frequent contributor to this board and works within the NROTC selection process.
