New messages in the portal

Today, when I logged in my DS portal, I can see new messages, "1st & 2nd Admissible Mailing Posted
(6 Mar 2024) - ATTN ACCEPTED CANDIDATES: Follow the hyperlink under "Admissible Packets" within your Candidate Portal Overview Page. You will find additional documents recently posted to help you prepare for Reception Day! Go Army!"
Is this just a general message, right?
