There is lots of good advice on this forum. However, each MOC nominating committee is different. I've read over the years about some really off-the-wall questions. It is hard to prepare for any specific question.
General tips: listen to the question and take a deep breath (thinking) before you answer. Keep the answer relatively brief -- you don't want to use up your entire allotted time on one question. Be honest but don't sell yourself short. Make decent eye contact. Don't use "like" other than as a synonym.
