Yesterday we received the following update from DoDMERB that is being passed on to candidates: "While the DoDMERB website is down and communication via the website is not possible, DoDMERB is working through the backlog of exams and Remedial and Additional Medical Information (AMI) as quickly as possible. If you have questions regarding a status, please email our helpdesk: dha.ncr.dod-merb.mbx.helpdesk@health.mil Include the applicant's full name and last 4 of their SSN. For applicants who are qualified, notifications are being sent to the Academies/ROTC Units on a bi-weekly basis. We appreciate how frustrating this outage is to everyone. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
