NROTC recommendations

Hello, I have submitted my NROTC online application. I am not sure how the recommendation process works, but none of my teachers were sent anything. My guidance counselor called the admissions office and they emailed her the forms. I had my teachers fill them out. My guidance counselor is telling me I have to mail those in. My question is where? I can’t find an address anywhere and I don’t think they are supposed to be mailed in. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

My sons local recruiter sent his in for him. If you do not have a recruiter call the local navy office. They will be able to direct you.
