How long does it typically take to get your transferring decision? it say 2-3 business days. is that accurate?
 
Son had a same day decision on his request to transfer NROTC Scholarship schools.

He emailed it and sent it overnight as well just to be on the safe side.

Yep I contacted by unit before requesting the transfer but you can ask anytime. Asking them directly versus going through the busy NROTC command will give you more accurate and timely info.

thank you i called. They said they have enough space now i just need to wait on Great Lakes to send me the request acceptance so I can pay my enrollment deposit

If there is room, then you shouldn't have any problems getting the transfer OK'd. Congratulations.
