Number of high school varsity sports?

I am a high school freshmen and lettered in girls swim team. I was extremely close to lettering in cross country and plan to in 10th grade. Is lettering in swimming all four years and cross country for three enough of should I do track? I did not do it this year because I wanted to focus on grades, clubs, and convincing my parents to let me join CAP.

That should be fine. 7 varsity letters is above average. Try to become captain in one or both sports.

That should be fine. I had 3 letters and was captain for cross and no letters in track and played no winter sport.
