NY - Sen Schumer interviews

A heads up to anyone who's preparing to interview with Senator Schumer's committee. It was a committee of one! One staff assistant asking questions and taking notes. Not sure if that will make any of you feel less nervous or more nervous!

I should add that this was in the Syracuse office. Might be a different story in other parts of the state.
 
DD had her interview at Sen Schumer's NYC office yesterday and had the same experience. She actually felt more comfortable with Sen Gillibrand's panel of 7 the previous week, but the questions yesterday were more basic about her goals, desire to attend an academy, etc. The office will continue interviews through next week and the receptionist told me that the NYC office is interviewing a total 65 applicants across the academies. She didn't know the breakdown or how many applicants were being seen in other offices.
 
DS had Gillibrand and Schumer on Wed, also. We're from the Finger Lakes.
