Only Mail During Beast? or are Packages Allowed?

I have my CC mail address, but is that just for letters (or flats)? How about packages? I did not see anything about packages during beast in any of the info sent.

Any wisdom on this subject is appreciated.

Letters only during CBT, no packages. I can't find where it's written in the admissibles, but it's been said over and over on the WP Class of 2018 Parents Facebook page.
