Permit to Report (last years)

I know many of you are chomping at the bit to get ready for I day and your next 4 years at USNA. Unfortunately my DS is still waiting on an appointment. If you want to at least get a glimpse at what will be in the Permit to Report here is a link to last years.

I am sure things will change, but it may give you an early start on some of the things you are going to need to prepare. There is a good document in the list on what you can do to get physically prepared for plebe summer.

I'll add, don't get any traffic tickets. It's not an appointment killer (in most cases), but will require a waiver. Save the trouble...

That's the first I have heard anything about a waiver for a traffic ticket. Is that from personal experience?

When does the permit to report usually come? With the appointment? After you accept the offer, or after you submit the 3 documents on the portal?
