Physical Scheduling Issue

I have no idea what to do in this situation..
My physical had been scheduled for this past Wednesday, 1/28, however, due to the blizzard in the area the night before my exam Concord called me and told me that I was rescheduled to next Wednesday, 2/4. This was no problem, until I log in to DoDMETS today and realize that my window ended today, 1/30.
My status is now listed as a partial close although I was pushed out of the given window by the exam administrators. Will this have any effect on submitting my exam results once I have the exam done? If so, what actions can I take to avoid any further negative outcomes?

Suggestions:
1. Notify your ROTC recruiter and your USMA Regional Commander (and FFR). Explain what happened. See if they can help you re-open the window.
2. Contact DODMERB's helpline and do the same.

This happened to my son, as well, but nothing was delayed. He went to the appointment, it was forwarded to DODMERB and everything proceeded as scheduled, with no delays. After your exam, you'll want to be logging into the DODMERB website, instead of the DODMETS website for future updates.

Will do goking814, hopefully DoDMERB is open tomorrow, when I had tried earlier today they had already closed up shop.
