This is a weird question. DS had his physical yesterday. Physician who administered exam asked for info from our family doctor. It's a long story I'd rather not get into. She said when she gets the info, she will sign off on the physical and send it in to DoDMERB. I may not be able to get the info to her until next week. Here's my question: At what point does DoDMERB say, "Hey, we need those results for John Doe. Send them in"? Like I said, it's weird, but if she gets the info, the exam results will be fine. If not, there will be a huge red flag on the exam. Is there a strict timeline for the physical to be turned in, or can she just turn them in when she feels like it?

My sons physical was conducted by a nurse practitioner and sat on the drs desk waiting for a signature for several weeks. I think it's okay.

I don't think DoDMERB cares about when the results come in. They don't have a check on every applicant sending out reminders.

Only thing DoDMERB cares about is if it's been more than 2 years, then a DoDMERB exam has expired.

So, I guess, the examining provider has just under 2 years to get it submitted.

Maybe the DoDMERB contractor will ping the examining provider to submit, since it hasn't been submitted in a while.

Know this, the examining provider won't get paid unless the forms are submitted with the required information. Providers are pretty good about submitting things or else they may not be able to make the Tesla payment at the end of month.
