Portal still not updated?

My new SAT scores (Oct. 2016 Test) were sent almost three weeks ago. I also sent my high school transcript around the same time frame. However, my portal is still not updated with the following info and document. Should I go ahead and ask my admissions counselor or should I wait it out? How long does USNA usually take to update candidate info?

USNA is in full throttle of admissions so guessing it's taking awhile to update things. Give them another week then email your admissions counselor.

Think of it as a math problem. How long will it take x thousand marbles of diameter y to flow through a funnel of z width, where the rate of flow is differentiated on marble weight, coefficient of friction for marble, numbers of staff available, average flow rate of marble from point A to point B, system availability, and hours available for flow to occur...

This does raise a question that perhaps the BGOs can shed light on. I am under the impression that revisions of the SAME document are NOT reflected on the portal.

Ex: DS' original transcript was sent in July and is reflected on the portal. An updated version was sent in September but you would never know it by the portal date (still July). Eventually, his Admissions Counselor confirmed the updated transcript is in the system. So, we take the AC's word for it of course; but why the portal doesn't reflect same is a mystery.
