I know that there will be a lot of PT during that time...I have been running and doing pushups situps and pullups every day but I feel like I might not be doing enough...anyone have these same feelings or advice?
Your Logging Book has a physical fitness training program. If you have been following that program, or at least able to perform those activities as of right now, then you will have no problem with the physical activity expected of you during Indoc.
this is correct, its more about having a good attitude than anything else. the physical part of our indoc was not bad at all, and i highly doubt it will be worse for yours.
